With over two decades of experience in Taekwondo, Rachel has achieved numerous accolades, including competing in the 2012 National Team Trials and being a member of the 2013 Texas State Team. She has also competed in various competitions as both an individual and team member, earning medals in forms and sparring at the local, national, and international levels.
In addition to her success as a competitor, Rachel's journey in Taekwondo has led her to become an instructor.
She started assisting with classes during middle school and her love of the sport pushed her to ultimately become an instructor. She's been instructing at Pro Taekwondo Roanoke since 2010.
Rachel finds joy in coaching and assisting her students while also pursuing the evolution of her own style in the world of Taekwondo. During her journey, she's coached other competitors at trainings and competitions at local and state levels, while continuing to compete herself. Rachel's dedication to the sport and her students has made her a highly respected and sought-after instructor in the Taekwondo community.
I love Pro Taekwondo. The instructors are incredibly hardworking and honest people, and they put a lot of effort into helping and interacting with the kids.

I highly recommended the instruction of Master Daryl Rhyne & the staff. Thank you for teaching me not only how to defend myself, but about discipline and leadership.

My son is autistic and often struggles with bullies and self-discipline. This place has helped shape his confidence & endurance which also greatly improved his life mood.
